COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Empire Magnetics RFT-S/106-178-WK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Silvermax product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the PPCR022NNT2NNNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P56WG16A422583HY manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QCI34HC3E301QCI34HC3E301 by Manufacturer Silvermax as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand P1807001B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Contraves such as R401DL00701 equipment made by Contraves have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contraves products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contraves" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R88DUP12HA made by Omron as well as the popular R4F0DT71C4BM605HR original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM1850TFB3459803950 by Baldor and R401DL00701 spares by Contraves are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PK243A1SG72 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental. |
